白内障超声乳化手术患者前房注入头孢呋辛预防感染的护理体会

摘　　要：目的探讨白内障超声乳化手术患者前方注入头孢呋辛预防感染的护理方法,总结护理体会。方法回顾性分析2014年8月-2015年8月在我院接受超声乳化手术的106例白内障患者的临床资料,总结术前、术中、术后护理方法,观察患者视力恢复情况和感染发生情况。结果经手术治疗和临床护理,所有患者均顺利完成手术,术后裸眼视力检查示：视力≥0.05者101例（95.28%）,≥0.3者95例（89.62%）;术后1月内未见眼内炎出现。结论对白内障超声乳化手术患者给予前房注入头孢呋辛,配合临床护理能显著提高手术成功率,且预防感染效果佳。Objective To discuss the nursing experience in prevention of infection after anterior chamber injection of cefuroxime in cataract patients treated by phacoemulsification. Methods From Auguest 2014 to Auguest 2015, 106 cataract patients who accepted phacoemulsification treatments in our hospital were taken as the clinical research objects, not only summarized preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative nursing methods, but also observed patients＇ visual acuity recovery and infection rates. Results After surgical treatment and clinical nursing, all the patients underwent the operation successfully, and their postoperative naked eye visual examination results were： 101 cases visual acuity ≥ 0.05（95.28%）, 95 cases visual acuity ≥ 0.3（89.62%）, none postoperative endophthalmitis occurred in one month. Conclusion Anterior chamber injection of cefuroxime combined with the clinical nursing in cataract patients treated by phacoemulsification can significantly improve the success rate of surgery and achieve good prevention effect.
