穴位埋线法治疗腹型单纯性肥胖的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线疗法对腹型单纯性肥胖患者的内脏及皮下脂肪厚度的影响。方法采用半随机单盲法,将120例单纯性肥胖患者分为观察组、对照组。观察组选择中脘及单侧的天枢、大横、阴陵泉、带脉、丰隆穴进行穴位埋线治疗,对照组治疗手法与观察组相同,但埋线针内不放入羊肠线。每周治疗1次,4次为1个疗程,比较患者治疗前后体重指数、体重、腰围、内脏脂肪、皮下脂肪厚度变化。结果治疗后观察组体重、BMI、腰围、肾被膜脂肪厚度、脐旁左和脐旁右皮下脂肪厚度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);脐上皮下脂肪厚度、肝前脂肪厚度2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论穴位埋线改善腹型单纯性肥胖患者的体重、腰围、BMI有效,并且能减少肾被膜、脐周(脐旁左、脐旁右)的脂肪堆积,促进内脏及皮下脂肪分解。Objective To observe the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on the patients with abdominal type of simple obesity as well as visceral fat thickness. Methods 120 cases of simple obesity were semi-randomly and single-blindly divided into the observation group and control group. In the observation group,catgut embedding therapy was applied at Zhōngwǎn（ 中脘 CV12）,and unilateral Tiānshū（ 天枢 ST25）,Dàhéng（ 大横 SP15）,Yīnlíngquán（ 阴陵泉 SP9）,Dàimài（ 带脉 GB26）,and Fēnglóng（ 丰隆ST40）,and the control group was also treated with the same approach as the observation group,but the catgut wasn＇t embedded in the embedding needle. The treatment was given once a week and 4 times for 1 course of treatment. The changes of BMI,body weight,waist circumference,visceral fat,and subcutaneous fat thickness were compared before and after the treatment. Results To compare the body weight,BMI,waist circumference and renal capsule fat thickness,paraumbilical left and paraumbilical right subcutaneous fat thickness after the treatment between the observation group and the control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; the differences of upper umbilical subcutaneous fat thickness and front liver fat thickness between the two groups were not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can improve the body weight, waist circumference,and BMI effectively for abdominal type of simple obesity patients,reduce the fat accumulation in renal capsule and around the umbilicus（ paraumbilical left and right）,and promote the decomposition of visceral and subcutaneous fat.
