摘  要:采用网袋的方法明确秸秆还田到不同深度(0、10、20、30、40cm)后对土壤微生物碳、氮的影响。结果表明:秸秆经过120d还田腐解,不同深度的微生物量碳、氮均呈现波浪型趋势。表层覆盖的微生物量碳含量最低在76~250mg·kg^(-1),10cm处理各层次最高,在133~422mg·kg^(-1),20cm处理各层次在134~328mg·kg^(-1),30cm处理各层次101~245mg·kg^(-1),40cm处理各层次在71~294mg·kg^(-1);各处理微生物量氮含量以表层覆盖和10cm处理最高,在2~83mg·kg^(-1),20cm处理和30cm各层次微生物量氮在11~50mg·kg^(-1),40cm处理各层次微生物量氮最低在4~33mg·kg^(-1)。在秸秆还田到各深度土壤后,比较每一深度秸秆的上层、中层、下层土壤的微生物碳氮含量,均以下层土壤微生物量碳、氮的含量高于中、上层土壤。In order to make sure the effect of straw returned to different soil depths for soil microbial biomass carbon(MBC)and microbial biomass nitrogen(MBN),five soil depths,for surface mulch(the maize straw on the soil surface,0cm stand for),the treatment of straw returned to soil depath of 10cm(10cm stand for),the treatment of straw returned to soil depath of 20cm(20cm stand for),the treatment of straw returned to soil depath of 30cm(30cm stand for),the treatment of straw returned to soil depath of 40cm(40cm stand for).The result showed that after 120 days of maize straw returned to soil,there was a trend of wavy for soil microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen content.The content of MBC surface mulch(0cm)was lower than others,between 76-250mg·kg^-1,the treatment of 10 cm was highest than others which between 133-422mg·kg^-1,and the treatment of 20,30,40 cm were 134-328mg·kg^-1,101-245mg·kg^-1,71-294mg·kg^-1.The content of MBN in treatment of surface mulch and 10 cm treatment were high than other treatments,which between 2-83mg·kg^-1,and treatment of 20 and 30cm were in the 11-50mg·kg^-1,40 cm were 4-33mg·kg^-1.Compared with the content of MBC,NBN of upper layer,middle layer and lower layer in each treatment after the straw returned to the different soil depths,value of the lower layer was higher than others.
