摘　　要：通过对电机防爆结构和润滑结构的研究,确定了防爆电机油雾润滑典型结构,实现了隔爆电机轴承的油雾润滑,解决关键机组、偏僻场所用电机润滑油加注困难、操作频繁、加注量难以控制、电动机运行温度高、润滑脂浪费大等问题,实现了电机轴承润滑的远程自动控制。同时实现了油雾润滑结构和防爆结构在轴承处的集成。Typical structure of the explosion-proof motor with oil mist lubrication is determined through the research on explosion-proof and lubrication structures,then oil mist lubrication of bearing for explosion-proof motor is realized,and significant problems for motor used in key unit and remote place such as difficulties in filling lubrication oil and controlling quantity of the lubrication oil,frequent operation,high operation temperature and high waste of lubrication oil are solved,and then remote automatic control of motor bearing lubrication can be realized.Integration of oil mist lubrication structure and explosion-proof structure at bearing can be realized at the same time.
