摘  要:凹坑会影响管道长期服役的安全性,且不利于管道清管器或内检测器的顺利通过。为了预测管道底部凹坑在去除石质支撑后的回弹情况,提高对凹坑适用性评价的认识,以国内某X65钢制输油管道为例,采用凹坑全尺寸回弹试验的方法进行分析。试验结果表明:平滑型凹坑和尖锐型凹坑的回弹量均超过了40%,且回弹量随着凹坑深度的增加而降低。通过对该管道底部凹坑开挖验证,发现测量结果与全尺寸回弹试验结果基本相符,但凹坑回弹量受其实际形貌、椭圆变形、凹坑处压力、划伤等金属损失因素的影响,现场开挖验证结果显示出更大的离散性。(图2,表2,参10)Dents may negatively affect pipeline service safety and accessibility of the pigs or inspection detectors. To predict the rebound conditions after removal of the stone support and improve the understanding to fitness for service assessment, full-scale dent rebound test was conducted for an X65 steel oil pipeline in China. The test results show that both dents of smooth type and sharp type have rebound over 40%, and degrees of such rebound decrease with increases in depths of such dents. Through excavation test of pipeline bottom dents, it is found that actual measured results coincide well with above test results. Due to impacts of actual forms, eclipse deformation, pressures, scratches and other factors related to metallic losses, actual measurements reveal higher dispersity.(2 Figures, 2 Tables, 10 References)
