摘  要:针对某大型岩金矿山软破矿体分段崩落法采场上覆虚碴条件下的放矿问题,研发了诱导冒落与预留矿石垫层联合覆盖层形成技术,分段组合放矿控制与矿岩接触面呈台阶放矿技术,编制了放矿控制图表,并从现场出矿、出矿口品位控制与出矿顺序及工艺控制的角度强化现场放矿管理,矿山试验矿块取得了贫化率23.18%、损失率23.55%的较优技术指标,实现了软破矿体分段崩落法的安全经济开采。Sublevel caving method was used to exploit the soft and broken orebody in a large gold mine.Aimed at the oredrawing problem of overlying slag in stope,induced caving and reserving ore cushion combining with layer forming technology,multi-sublevel ore-drawing control,and oredrawing technology under the condition of contact face between caved ore and waste presenting step were studied.And the ore-drawing control chart was complied.Therefore,the ore-drawing management was strengthened from the aspect of on-site ore drawing,grade control in ore path,ore-drawing order and process control.After experiments of block,the better technology indexes with dilution rate of 23.18%and loss rate of 23.55% were obtained,which realized the safe and economical mining of sublevel caving method for the soft and broken orebody.
