摘 要:针对倾斜矿体无底柱分段崩落法所存在的矿石贫化大、损失率高等问题,分析指出,其主要原因在于矿山对于倾斜矿体的特殊性认识不到位,没有采取有针对性的回采方案,通过加大下盘崩矿步距,优化不同区段边孔角以及利用辅助进路回采下盘残留矿石等技术方案,最终使得矿山贫化率从36.2%降低至30.3%,回收率从57.1%提升至70.2%,大大提高了矿山的经济效益。Aiming at the problems of high ore dilution rate and ore loss rate of inclined orebody mined by non-pillar sublevel caving method,the reasons analysis were conducted.It showed that the main reason was the improper understanding on the particularity of inclined orebody,leading to the unspecific stoping scheme.Therefore,some technical solutions were put forward,such as increasing the caving interval of footwall,optimizing the side hole angles of different levels and stoping the residual ore of footwall by assistant drift.Finally,the dilution rate reduced from 36.2% to 30.3%,and the recovery rate increased from 57.1% to 70.2%,which greatly improved the economic benefit of mine.
