摘 要:利用半自磨机试验机进行磨矿试验,以有用功率和比能耗为评价指标,分析半自磨机转速率、衬板结构参数(衬板高度和条数)对磨矿效果的影响规律。结果表明:随着转速率的增加,半自磨机的有用功率先增加后减少,比能耗呈现逐渐减少的趋势;衬板条数的增加过程中,比能耗值总体呈不断减少的趋势;随着衬板高度增加,单位新生成颗粒所消耗的能量出现先减少后增加的规律。试验机在转速率为0.8、衬板条数为32根、高度为8mm时比能耗最低。The grinding experiments were conducted by semiautogenous mill.Taking the useful power and the specific energy consumption as the evaluation indexes,the influences of rotation rate and lining structure parameters on the grinding efficiency were analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of rotation rate,the useful power increased firstly and then decreased,and the energy consumption trended to reduce gradually.In the process of increasing the lining slab number,the specific energy consumption generally showed a declining trend.And with the raise of lining slab height,the energy consumption for generating new particles in unit firstly decreased and then increased.Based on the study,the specific energy consumption was the minimum under the condition of rotation rate of 0.8,lining slab number of 32 and the lining slab height of 8mm.
