英国职前教师教育培养模式及其对新疆双语教师培训的启示

摘　　要：双语教师培训是提高双语教师质量的有效途径。近年来,新疆的双语教师培训已经取得了相当成效,但也存在一些问题。文章在分析英国职前教师教育培养模式及其特征的基础上,对改进新疆双语教师培训工作提出了若干建议。Bilingual teacher training is an effective way to improve the quality of bilingual teachers.In recent years,bilingual teacher training has made achievements,but there are still many problems in training.Through analysisthe pattern and characteristics of the pre-service teacher education training in U.K.,hoping it can provides beneficial enlightenment for bilingual teacher training in xinjiang.
