高校学工事务管理流程标准化及教育路径初探

摘　　要：学生事务管理是高校的核心工作之一,亟需得到梳理提炼和标准化。借鉴"高校学生事务管理"和"临床路径"的概念,"高校学工路径"可被定义为针对高等学校非学术性事务和课外活动等制定的标准化的、系统的流程和实施计划。研究和应用"高校学工路径"有助于提升学校管理水平,改进学生工作质量,促进业务能力提升,助力学生全面发展;要遵循以学生为中心、因校制宜、协调实施、循序渐进等原则。高校学工路径虽然还是一个全新的概念,但随着研究的深入会迸发出更多能量。Student affairs administration is one of the core works of colleges and universities. Combining the concept of＂college student affairs administration＂with＂clinical path＂,＂college school affairs pathway＂can be defined as the systematic processes and implementation plans of non- standardized academic affairs and extra- curricular activities for universities. The levelof school management,quality of student affairs,advance of operational capacity,and all- round development of students can be improved by researching and applying＂college school affairs pathway＂. And the workers should followthese principles such as student- centered,act according to circumstances,delivering as one and step by step. Although it is a new concept,the college school affairs pathway will burst out more energy with further research.
