摘 要:随着云计算、物联网和面向服务技术的快速发展,制造领域出现了一种基于知识的网络化制造新模式-云制造。资源服务化封装是云制造关键技术之一,为加快制造设备资源的封装过程,提出了一种新的制造设备资源封装方法。首先,根据云环境下制造资源的特点,对制造设备资源进行了分类和形式化描述;然后,将描述信息映射为一个用于虚拟化的类模板,并给出了一种制造设备资源服务化封装方法;最后,通过一个实例验证了该方法的可行性和便捷性。With the development of cloud computing,internet of things,service-oriented technology,a new know ledge-based networked manufacturing model called cloud manufacturing,is emerging in the manufacturing area. Service encapsulation of manufacturing resources is one of the key technologies in cloud manufacturing. To accelerate the encapsulation process of manufacturing equipment resources,a new encapsulation method of manufacturing equipment resources was proposed. Firstly,the manufacturing equipment resources were classified and a formal description of which was given on the basis of the characteristics of manufacturing resources in cloud environment. Then the description information was mapped to a class template for virtualization,and a service encapsulation method of manufacturing equipment resources was presented. Finally,an example was used to verify the feasibility and convenience of this method.
