摘 要:沈阳地铁九号线某暗挖区间竖井及横通道穿越含建筑及生活垃圾的填埋层,该地层组成物质来源复杂,结构疏松,施工沉降难以控制,风险较大。为了保证施工安全,进行了补充勘察,确定了填埋层的组成成分,并提高了风险等级,进行专项设计与施工。通过分析竖井沉降原因,比选了竖井内外注浆加固措施,实施了透水井法层间滞水处理措施,完成了竖井封底;针对横通道风险特征,采取洞内深孔注浆加固、降低拱顶标高、施作临时管道内衬和洞内长短导管结合等措施,实现了横通道封端;同时,凭借监控量测、气体检测等科学手段信息化指导施工,成功解决了沉降难题,化解了工程风险。结合开挖实践以及周边道路、管线、建(构)筑物影响情况,验证了该综合技术的可行性。The vertical shaft and horizontal adit of a mined tunnel of Shenyang Metro crosses underneath garbage-packed layer. Due to the complexity of the layer sources,the construction settlement can not be brought under effective control and the construction risk is high. In order to guarantee safe construction,the components of the packed layer are detected by means of supplementary investigation; the risk grade is increased and special design and construction are made. The settlement causes for vertical shaft are analyzed; the grouting reinforcement methods are compared; the permeable well method is carried out; and the vertical shaft floor is sealed. A series of technologies,including deep hold grouting,lowering the crown elevation,temporary lining and long and short duct,are adopted. Meanwhile,the settlement of the tunnel has been brought under effective control by means of monitoring and gas detection technology.The above-mentioned technologies are proved to be rational and feasible according construction practice.
