摘 要:目的研究糖尿病患者食用洋葱对于调节其血糖、血脂的效果,为糖尿病人群科学合理饮食提供参考。方法对桂林市干休所108例2型糖尿病患者饮食进行干预(每人每天多食用60 g洋葱),监测比较食用洋葱前及食用洋葱2、4、6个月后血糖和血脂变化。统计结果采用t检验。结果糖尿病患者食用洋葱后总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖及糖化血红蛋白均持续下降,且食用时间越长则对患者血糖、血脂的干预效果越好。数据经统计学处理,均具有显著性差异(均P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病人群适当合理搭配食用洋葱,可有利于控制其血糖和血脂,扼制或延缓糖尿病病情发展及相关并发症的发生,可有效提高该类人群的生活质量。Objective To investigate the intervention effect of onion on blood sugar and lipid of diabetics, and there- fore provide a scientific and reasonable diet reference for diabetic population. Methods Diet intervention was conducted a- mong 108 type 2 diabetics in Guilin sanatorium for retired cadres (more than 60g onions per person per day). The changes of glucose and lipid before and after comsumption of onions 2, 4, 6 months were monitored, t test was used to evaluate statistical results. Results After consumption of onions the total cholesterol, triglycerides, low - density lipoprotein cholesterol, fast- ing glucose, 2 - hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin of patients all declined steadily, and the longer the consumption was, the better the curative effect was. Data treatment showed statistically significant differences ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion For patients of type 2 diabetes, appropriate onions consumption is advised, which is beneficial for glucose and lipid control, preventing or delaying the diabetes progression and the related complications, and thus effectively improve their quality of life.
