摘 要:实现集装箱码头装卸设备的调度管理与自动控制,能提高集装箱码头的装卸效率,缩短运输船卸货与装货周期,降低物流运输成本。本文介绍了厦门远海集装箱码头传统装卸系统的自动化改造工程,着重描述了该项目的改造目标和规划、码头调度管理与控制系统(简称ECS)的总体架构、系统的各层及其功能和ECS系统的软件架构。Dispatching management and automatic control for the load and unload equipment of container terminal have many benefits, such as improving the efficiency in loading and unloading, shortening the unloading and loading period of cargo ship, and reducing the cost of logistics transportation. The automation renovation project for the traditional load and unload system of Xiamen Ocean Gate Container Terminal is introduced in this paper. The author describes in emphasis the reforming goal and planning of the project, the overall architecture of the dispatching management and automatic control system (abbreviated as ECS) for the terminal, Moreover, the information and functions of each layer in the system and the software architecture of ECS are also introduced.
