摘 要:本项研究针对我院运动训练专业学生文化课基础薄弱,《运动生理学》课程学习效果差的现状,改革《运动生理学》的传统考核方式,将总成绩的评定由目前平时成绩(20%)和期末试卷成绩(80%)两部分调整为总成绩由期末试卷成绩(50%)和过程性考核成绩(50%)组成,以期用改革后的考核方法,全面、客观地反映学生的学习状态,监测其学习效果,更加合理地考察学生的成绩,避免期末考试的一卷定终生,更为将来有意向考研、考教师编制的同学夯实学习基础。通过新的考核办法的实施将授课、测试、考试、作业各个环节紧密的与运动训练实践进行联系,让学生真正做到在理解的基础上,活学活用,在充分了解规律和机制的前提下能够做到记忆牢固,以达到较好的学习效果。Aiming at improving the status quo of the sports training students' weak academic foundation and the poor learning effect of the Sports Physiology course , the study tries to reform the traditional evaluation mode of Sports Physiology by changing the current grade assessment system which consists of average grade (20%)and the final paper grade(80%) toa new one which is composed of the final test result(50%)and the procedural examination result (50%) so as to comprehensively and objectively reflect the students' learning status, monitorthe learning effect, and evaluate the students in a more reasonable way while avoiding judging a student with just one exam and laying more solid foundations for the students who are interested in postgraduate examinations or teacher certification tests. Through the implementation of the new evaluation methods, the teaching, testing, exams, and assignment are closely linked with the sports training practice, the students have a live learning on the basis of comprehending the knowledge and a firm memory on the premise of fully understanding the rules and mechanisms, and thus good leaning effect will be achieved.
