摘　　要：原有的电气工程及其自动化专业课程体系及培养方式等方面不适应卓越计划的要求,为了更好地适应企业对工程技术人员综合素质和实践能力的要求,提升高等教育学校电气工程及自动化专业教师的专业素养和实践能力,培养卓越工程师,了解国内外此专业最新教育教学动态,不断提高教育教学能力,文章介绍了卓越工程师背景下电气工程及其自动化专业在培养模式、目标、课程体系、教学模式和师资等方面的改革实践。The original curriculum system and training mode of electrical engineering and its automation major is not adaptable to the request of the Excellence Initiative.
