摘　　要：团的基层组织的活力,决定着共青团最本质的凝聚力、向心力和影响力。文章旨在以基层团组织为基点,研究怎样激活基层团组织活力,通过分类引导,搭建平台,用兴趣爱好吸引青年;通过创新方法,重心下移,用团小组凝聚青年;通过借助载体,开拓思维,用新媒体走近青年;通过服务至上,关注需求,用贴心服务赢得青年。The most cohesive force, centripetal force and influence of the communist youth league are determined by the vitality of grass-roots league organizations. The paper studies how to activate the vitality of grass-roots league organizations based on grass-roots league organizations. And we will attract young people＇s attention by classifying guidance and building a platform. We will unite young people by innovating methods and moving down the center of gravity. We will get closer to young people by using media and opening up thinking. We will win the hearts of young people through supreme service and kind attention to demand.
