猪O型口蹄疫合成肽疫苗免疫效力的研究

摘　　要：为了解猪O型口蹄疫合成肽疫苗免疫28 d后是否能够增强对易感仔猪的免疫效力,本研究将猪O型口蹄疫合成肽抗原乳化后按1头份、1/3头份和1/9头份三组剂量分别免疫易感仔猪。在免疫第28 d检测仔猪血清中的中和抗体滴度及攻毒保护试验检测PD_(50)。结果显示:1头份剂量组VP1抗体滴度最高达1:45,且显著高于其他剂量组VP1抗体滴度(P<0.05);1/3头份剂量组VP1抗体滴度最高达1:22,1/9头份剂量组VP1抗体滴度均为1:16,该两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。猪O型口蹄疫合成肽疫苗能够有效抵抗O/GX/09-7毒株和JMS毒株的侵袭,增强了易感仔猪对该两种病毒的免疫保护力。In order to study the immunity enhancement when imuned type-O Foot and Mouth Disease synthetic peptide vaccines for piglets after 2B d. The antigen peptides of type 0 Foot and Mouth Disease was divided into 1. 1/3 and 1/9 doses per piglets after its emulsified. Detect the VP1 antibody of serum and PD50 immunity protective test. The results show that VP1 antibody of 1 per piglets was significantly higher than other group （P〈0. 05）, and its higest antibody titer was 1：45; VP1 antibody of 1/3 per piglets＇ higest antibody titer was 1：22 and VP1 antibody of 1/9 per piglets＇ higest antibody titer was 1：16;there were no significant differences between the latter two groups （P〉0.05）. The synthetic peptide vaccines of type 0 FMDV can effectively resist O/GX/09-7 strains and JMS strains,.It can enhance the susceptibility of the two kinds of piglets virus immune protection.
