摘 要:以上海10家大型连锁超市建筑为研究对象,采用建筑能源审计的方式,并通过现场调研和用能数据分析等方法,分析了上海地区该连锁超市类建筑2012—2014年的能耗水平和能源利用结构。分析结果表明,10家超市的建筑能耗水平自2012—2014年以来有所下降,但总体用能水平相对较高;同时,对大型超市的用能数据分析发现,大型超市年度建筑能耗最大的为冷冻冷藏系统,其次是照明系统和空调系统;然而在空调季节时,空调系统能耗的比例最大。针对超市建筑的能耗水平和用能特点,提出了节能改造建议和节能措施,为上海地区大型超市类建筑的节能改造提供切实可行的参考依据。Ten hypermarkets building in Shanghai are researched.The energy consumption level and energy consumption structure of the hypermarket were analyzed by building energy audit and field survey with data analysis from 2012 to 2014.Although the results show that the energy consumption level of the hypermarket has declined since 2012 to 2014,the overall energy consumption level is still high;the largest energy consumption for the refrigeration system is found through data analysis,followed by the lighting system and air conditioning system in a year;however,in air conditioning months,the energy consumption of air conditioning system is the most section.In view of the energy consumption level and energy consumption characteristics of hypermarket building,the energy saving suggestions and measures are proposed,which can provide practical reference for the energy saving of the hypermarket in Shanghai.
