摘　　要：分析现有翻车机基坑和底开门漏斗车技术参数,确定专用底开门漏斗车的卸车工艺、系统卸车能力和给料机能力。介绍专用底开门卸车系统主体结构、漏斗系统及除尘系统等的改造方案。底开门专用卸车线技术改造工艺布置简单,可有效节约投资,运行安全可靠,能耗低。The technical parameters of the existing car dumper foundation ditch and the bottom-opened hopper car are analyzed. The unloading process, the unloading capacity and feeder capacity of the special bottom-opened hopper car are determined.The modification plan of the main structure, hopper system and de-dust system of the special bottom-opened unloading system are introduced in detail. More advantages of the special bottom-opened unloading system are shown such as simplified process,lower cost, safer operation and lower energy consumption.
