摘  要:目的 :探讨生后不同日龄大鼠下丘脑神经核团的发育状况 ,为研究动物脑发育、行为改变提供形态学资料。方法 :采用生后不同日龄大鼠 ,制作火棉胶切片。应用计算机分析系统对下丘脑弓状核、腹内侧核进行形态测量。结果 :生后13日龄组大鼠下丘脑核团各项体视学数据均大于10日龄组 ,前者与16日龄组相比差别无显著性 ;13日龄组大鼠下丘脑各核团的细胞密度显著高于10日龄组 ,而与16日龄组比其细胞密度的增高程度更为明显。结论 :出生后大鼠下丘脑各核团的大小、细胞密度仍在不断发展变化 ,生后第13天左右为变化明显时期 ,大鼠出生13天后下丘脑各核团整体形态显著增高。这种形态学上的变化趋势 。Objective:To study the ontogeny of hypothalamic nuclei at the early postnatal rats and provide morphological data for the brain development and behavior changes.Methods: The early postnatal rats were used, fixed , sliced and stained. The hypothalamic nuclei( Arcuate nuclei, ARC; Ventromedial nuclei, VMH) were measured on computer assisted morphometric techniques.Results:There is a remarkable difference compared the postnatal 13 days rats with the postnatal 10 days rats, but no significant difference to the postnatal 16 days. The hypothalamic nuclei measured in the postnatal 13 days rats are all larger than that of the postnatal 10 days rats.The cell density of hypothalamic nuclei of the postnatal 13 days rats is significantly increased compared to the postnatal 10 days rats, while the postnatal 16 days rats is even much more higher than that of the postnatal 13 days rats. Conclusion:The size and cell density of hypothalamic nuclei of the hypothalamic nuclei of rats are continuously growing after birth.It seems to be a critical period around the time of 13 days. Both morphometric quantities and cell densities are all significantly increas up to the 13th day. These data might provide some mophorlagical dependence for the explaination of the different behavior at the early postnatal stage of rats.
