摘  要:目的评估白色念珠菌快速免疫层析法(ICT)在辅助诊断外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)中的作用。方法收集2015年9月-11月本院门诊440例白带样本,直接涂片镜检后进行白色念珠菌快速ICT检测,最后对所有样本进行培养鉴定。结果 440例白带样本分析,以培养为金标准,ICT的VVC阳性率(89.3%)高于镜检法(73.3%)。镜检法有7例假阳性,27例假阴性;而ICT有5例假阳性,13例假阴性。镜检法在VVC中的灵敏度为64.0%,特异度为98.1%;ICT法的灵敏度为82.7%,特异度为98.6%。结论白色念珠菌ICT的灵敏度明显高于镜检法,且具有快速检测的特点,与镜检法联合检测可显著提高日常霉菌检出率,为妇科医生诊断VVC提供一个快速、准确、更具参考和诊断价值的检测结果。Objective To evaluate the rapid immunochromatography test( ICT) of candida albicans for the diagnosis of vulvovaginal candidiasis( VVC). Methods 440 samples were collected from September to November 2015 in clinic. All the samples were tested by direct microscopical examination,and then detected by rapid immunochromatography. All the samples were cultured for identification. Results The 440 samples were analyzed with culture as a gold standard. The positive rate of ICT( 89. 3%) was higher than microscopical examination( 73. 3%). And 7 false positive cases and 27 false negative cases were found by microscopical examination; while,5 false positive cases and 13 false negative cases were found by ICT; the sensitivity and specificity of microscopic examination for the diagnosis of VVC were 64. 0% and 98. 1%; while that of ICT were 82. 7%and 98. 6%,respectively. Conclusion The sensitivity of ICT is higher than the microscopical examination. ICT can rapidly detect Candida albicans,and combined with direct microscopical examination can improve the detection rate of normal mycete,which can provide gynecology doctors a rapid,accurate method for the diagnosis of VVC with higher reference and diagnostic value.
