摘 要:目的通过比较普通培养法、先增菌再培养法和显色平板法,得到适合实验室快速检测B群链球菌的方法。方法分别用普通培养法、先增菌再培养法和显色平板法对1 526例围产期孕妇进行B群链球菌检测,并进行比较。结果普通培养法、先增菌再培养法、显色平板法的阳性率分别为8.1%、9.2%、9.4%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显色平板法检测B群链球菌具有较高的灵敏度和特异性,可以直接接种标本,操作简便,阳性率不低于先增菌再培养法,适合各级医疗机构用于围产期GBS筛查。Objective To evaluate three methods for screening group B streptococcus( GBS) by traditional culture,enrichment culture and chromogenic culture,so as to find out a suitable method for the fast detection of GBS. Methods 1 526 perinatal women received GBS detection with the 3 methods above,and the results were compared. Results The positive rates of traditional culture,enrichment culture and chromogenic culture were respectively 8. 1%,9. 2% and 9. 4%,and there was no statistical significance on the differences among them( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The chromogenic culture method is more sensitive and specific in the detection of GBS,and specimens can be directly inoculated,with operation easy and simple. The positive rate is not lower than enrichment culture method,so it is suitable for perinatal GBS screening in all levels of medical institutions.
