摘 要:目的了解不孕症女性阴道微生态状况,评估阴道微生态评价体系用于不孕症患者的临床意义。方法选取不孕症女性560例,取阴道分泌物分别进行盐水湿片、革兰染色观察菌群及病原微生物,同时进行p H值及功能指标检测,进行全面微生态评价,并以同期560例生育年龄的体检妇女作为对照。结果对照组与不孕组菌群密集度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),优势菌、病原体、功能学指标检测差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);综合形态学与功能学分析,不孕女性微生态失调的发生率(62%)高于对照组(42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原发不孕与继发不孕患者之间的阴道感染及微生态状况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不孕女性微生态失调的发生率高于正常体检育龄妇女。女性不孕症与阴道微生态失调有一定的相关性。Objective To understand the vaginal micro- ecological situation of infertile women,and to value the clinical significance of vaginal micro- ecological evaluation system for infertility patients. Methods 560 cases of infertile women,vaginal secretions were detected by saline wet mount,gram staining and pathogens detection,at the same time,the p H value and functional parameters were detected. The overall micro- ecological evaluation was performed,and regard 560 women for examination at childbearing age as the controls at the same period. Results The difference of bacteria density between the control group and the infertile group was not statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). The differences of superiority bacteria,pathogens and function indexes between the control group and the infertile group was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Comprehensive morphological and functional analysis showed that the female infertility incidence rate of dysbiosis( 62%) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 42%),and the difference was statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). The difference of vaginal infections and microflora status between primary infertility and secondary infertility patients was not statistically significant( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion The incidence rate of micro- ecological disorders in infertile women was higher than that of normal women at childbearing age. Female infertility and vaginal micro- ecological disorders have a certain relevance.
