晋陕豫黄河金三角地区三门峡市及平陆县近5年人间布鲁菌病流行病学调查

摘　　要：目的研究2010年-2014年三门峡市、平陆县人间布鲁菌病流行病学状况。方法对近5年到三门峡市进行布鲁菌病诊断者进行流行病学调查和分析。结果经调查发现2010年-2014年三门峡市和平陆县布病年检出率分别为48.85%、27.06%、42.39%、41.54%、34.71%,总体差异有统计学意义（χ2=47.666,P=0.000）。5年总发病高峰位于3月-9月,年龄主要分布于20岁～69岁。近5年该市、县布鲁菌病患者的主要临床症状与体征依次为发烧、困乏、关节或肌肉痛、纳差、多汗、头痛、失眠。该病主要传播途径依次为养羊、养牛、养猪、养狗、宰羊、厨师。结论位于晋陕豫黄河金三角内三省交界处的三门峡市及平陆县,近5年布鲁菌病流行状况不容乐观,三省应继续联防联控共同降低布鲁菌病的流行。Objective To find out human brucellosis epidemic situation in Sanmenxia and Pinglu during 2010- 2014. Methods Epidemiological investigation and analysis were conducted on patients for the diagnosis of human brucellosis at Sanmenxia in the last five years. Results The survey found that during 2010- 2014,the detection rates of brucellosis in Sanmenxia and Pinggu were respectively 48. 85%,27. 06%,42. 39%,41. 54%,and 34. 71%,and the overall differences had statistical significance（ χ2= 47. 666,P = 0. 000）. The total incidence peak in the 5 years were during March- September,and the main distribution at the age were among 20- 69 year old. In recent five years,the city and county the main clinical symptoms and signs of brucellosis in this city and county were followed by fever,sleepy,joint or muscle pain,loss of appetite,sweating,headache,insomnia. The main transmission route of brucellosis followed by sheep,cattle,pig,dog,sheep slaughtering,chef. Conclusion Brucellosis epidemic situation was not optimistic in Sanmenxia and Pinglu in the recent 5 years,lying in the golden triangle region of the Yellow River Jin Shan Yu. So the 3 provinces must work together to prevent and control brucellosis epidemic.
