摘　　要：目的运用数据挖掘技术分析现代针灸文献治疗咽喉肿痛临床选穴配伍规律。方法采用计算机检索的方式,对1957-2016年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(WF)和维普数据库中针灸治疗咽喉肿痛的相关文献进行检索及梳理,得到相关文献72篇,分析现代针灸治疗咽喉肿痛临床选穴配伍规律。结果现代文献针灸治疗咽喉肿痛有着以表里经配穴法,特定穴中五输穴与原穴配穴法和局部配穴法为主的规律。结论针灸治疗咽喉肿痛应在中医整体观念、辨证论治原则指导下,选取手阳明大肠经和手太阴肺经为主的腧穴进行配伍,疏通两经经气,注重选取咽喉病变局部的阿是穴等痛点,疏调局部经络之气,同时配合治疗原发病,将辨证选穴与对症选穴有机结合起来,起到协同增效作用。Objective To analyze the rules of acupoint compatibility for modern literature of acupuncture treatment of sore throat based on data mining. Methods Through retrieved CNKI,Wanfang and Weipu Database on acupuncture treatment of nasosinusitis from 1957 to 2016,get related with 72 papers,to analyze the rules of acupoint compatibility for modern literature of acupuncture treatment of sore throat. Results According to analysis,acupuncture in the treatment of sore throat acupoints compatibility rules mainly include： the exterior and interior meridians points combination,the five shu points and source points combination and the local points combination. Conclusion Acupuncture treatment for sore throats,should be under the guidance of holistic concept of TCM,syndrome differentiation and treatment principle,choose to belong to the hand held large intestine and lung meridian acupoints for compatibility,dredge two by the bullishness,pay attention to the selection of local throat lesions is Ashi point etc pain points,such as hydrophobic local meridian qi,at the same time cooperate with treatment of the primary disease,and the organic combination of syndrome differentiation to choose acupuncture point to suit the hole,play a synergistic effect.
