搜风通络汤对肩周炎关节镜术后肩关节功能状态的干预

摘　　要：目的探讨周福贻搜风通络汤对肩周炎关节镜术后肩关节功能状态的改善效果。方法选取符合肩周炎的诊断并行关节镜手术的病例63例,随机分为治疗组(A组)34例(功能锻炼+搜风通络汤治疗),对照组(B组)29例(常规功能锻炼治疗)。术后采用常规处理、康复、中药等综合治疗,用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分法分别于术后3 d、1周、2周、1月观察评定肩关节功能状态。结果 2组患者在术后3 d内ConstantMurley肩关节功能评分均明显优于术前(P<0.05),但2组比较无统计学意义;术后1周、2周及术后1月,A组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均明显优于B组,2组比较其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能锻炼治疗以及搜风通络汤均可有效地改善肩周炎术后肩关节功能状态,而在功能锻炼的基础上联合运用搜风通络汤在改善肩关节功能状态方面疗效更显著。Objective To investigate the effect of ZHOU Fuyi Medicinal Soufeng Tongluo Decoction on joint function after arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder periarthritis. Methods Select a definite diagnosis of periarthritis of shoulder and has been cases of arthroscopic surgery in 63 cases,were randomly divided into for 34 patients in the control group（ group A）,functional exercise and Search wind and dredging collaterals,treatment group（ group B,n = 29） ： routine functional exercise,after the conventional treatment,rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive treatment,using the constant Murley shoulder joint function score respectively after 3 days,1 week,2weeks,1 month observation of shoulder joint function was evaluated. Results Two groups of patients within 3 days after the operation and constant Murley shoulder joint function score were significantly better than preoperative（ P〈0. 05）,but the two groups no significant difference; after 1 week,2 weeks and after 1 month,group a constant Murley shoulder joint function score were significantly better than B group,the two groups compared the differences is significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Therapy functional exercise and Search wind and dredging collaterals can effectively improve scapulohumeral periarthritis of shoulder joint function,and on the basis of functional exercise combined with Search wind and dredging collaterals more significant in the clinical effect of improving the function of shoulder joint,treatment of periarthritis of shoulder surgery after effective treatment method.
