摘　　要：目的从病机、治疗两个方总结归纳中西医诊治骨性关节炎的研究进展。方法通过CNKI、Springer、pubmed数据库检索国内外中西医治疗骨性关节炎相关文献,分析总结研究现状。结果西医主要从置换关节及用非甾体类消炎止痛药进行治疗和缓解OA症状,中医采用针灸推拿、熏洗、中药调理等手段,主要从肝肾辨证论治,养血柔肝,补气益肾,活血祛瘀,缓解骨性关节炎症状,且联合西医手段对OA有缓解疼痛的疗效。结论西医治疗骨性关节炎,控制症状的同时联合中医手段辨证论治,可延缓软骨退化,缓解疼痛。Objective This article reviewed the etiology and pathogenesis of the Osteoarthritis between Western medicine and Chinese medicine in recent years. Methods We analyzed and summarized research status about Chinese and Western medicine treatment of osteoarthritis of domestic and foreign literature through retrieving CNKI,Springer,Pubmed database. Results Western medicine could relieve the symptoms of OA by the replacement of articular and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory painkillers. But it has fewer side effects and is expensive. Chinese medicine used acupuncture and massage,fumigation,traditional Chinese medicine and other means to relieve the symptoms and treated OA mainly from the diagnosis and treatment of liver and kidney,nourishing the liver,kidney qi,blood stasis.And the curative effect combined western medicine could relieve OA pain. Conclusion The treatment of western medicine with combination of traditional Chinese medicine could delay the cartilage degeneration,relieve pain and could have clinical application prospect.
