摘　　要：简述了某结构功能一体化球载天线反射板制造工艺流程。从材料选型、工艺路线、固化参数和预埋件定位安装等几方面叙述了影响反射板精度的因素及解决途径。在工艺特点分析和工艺实验的基础上,采用合理的工艺路线研制成高精度的铝蜂窝夹层结构反射板,满足了设计要求。Introduce the manufacturing process of an airship antenna reflective board. The accuracy demand of the board and the corresponding solutions are discussed from molding technology, adhesive, solidification process, location and installation of embedded fittings. Based on the character and test of the antenna reflective board, an appreciate process was adapted. The achieved aluminum-honeycomb sandwich antenna reflective board which presented high accuracy meet the design demand.
