地佐辛与丙泊酚联合用于人工流产术镇痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察地佐辛与丙泊酚联合用于人工流产术镇痛的效果。方法研究2015年1~11月纳入对象人工流产术52例,数字法分组。术中丙泊酚麻醉者25例,入对照组;其余27例联合采用地佐辛和丙泊酚,入研究组。组间比较。结果两组中研究组VAS评分更低,丙泊酚用量更少,苏醒时间及留院观察时间更短,不良反应率更低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论地佐辛与丙泊酚联合用于人工流产术镇痛效果佳。Objective Dezocine combined with propofol effect in application of induced abortion analgesia is to be studied. Methods Chose 52 patients who were operated with induced abortion in hospital from January 2015 to November 2015 and separated them into two groups according to digits. 25 patients in control group were given propofol anesthesia,while another 27 patients in study group were given dezocine combined with propofol anesthesia,and then compared anesthesia effects between two groups. Results Patients’ VAS assessment score was lower and their propofol consumption was less in study group. Besides,patients’ revival time and hospitalization days were shorter in study group than counterparts in control group. And what’s more,side-effect incidence was lower in study group compared to that in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dezocine combined with propofol is quite effective in application of induced abortion analgesia.
