右美托嘧啶在硬膜外麻醉下妇科手术患者镇静中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨右美托嘧啶在硬膜外麻醉下妇科手术患者镇静中的应用效果。方法在我院行妇科手术的56例患者随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组28例行用常规方法麻醉,研究组28例采用右美托嘧啶进行硬膜外麻醉。结果对照组与研究组术中Ramasay评分为(2.0±0.0)分和(4.0±0.0)分,术中对照组心率为(75±8)次/分,研究组心率为(58±9)次/分,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论右美托嘧啶用于硬膜外麻醉下妇科手术中患者镇静效果显著。Objective To study the right supporting pyrimidine under epidural anesthesia surgery patients of department of gynaecology calm the application effect. Methods 56 cases of patients in our line of gynecological surgery were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group and routine anesthesia conventional methods,the team of 28 patients with right beauty pyrimidine with epidural anesthesia. Results Control group and the team for intraoperative Ramasay score（2.0±0.0）and（4.0 ±0.0）points of heart rate in control group（75±8）times per minute,team for（58±9）beats/min,compare the differences statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Right the pyrimidine used in patients with epidural anesthesia in the operation of department of gynaecology sedative effect is remarkable.
