摘　　要：目的研究寻常性银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)中肝脏X受体β(LXRβ)mRNA和蛋白表达水平与疾病进展的关系。方法随机选取本院皮肤科门诊寻常性银屑病患者稳定期组和进展期组各15例,同时选取健康体检者28例作为对照组。用qRT-PCR方法和Western blot方法分别检测PBMC中LXRβ的mRNA和蛋白表达水平,并分析表达水平与疾病进展的相关性。结果寻常性银屑病患者PBMC中LXRβmRNA及蛋白表达,稳定期组的都低于健康组表达水平(P<0.05),进展期组的也都低于健康组表达水平(P<0.05),而且进展期组的低于稳定期组表达水平(P<0.05)。结论 LXRβ的表达降低可能与寻常性银屑病的发生及进展密切相关,可能成为诊断和监测寻常性银屑病的一个新指标。Objective To investigate the mRNA and protein expression of liver X receptor beta （LXRβ） in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） of patients with psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Fifteen cases of progressive psoriasis vulgaris, 15 cases of stable psoriasis vulgaris were randomly selected at our hospital dermatology clinics, and meanwhile, 28 healthy people were enrolled as controls. The expression of LXRβ mRNA in PB- MC of psoriasis vulgaris patients was detected by RT-PCR and protein expression of LXRβ was detected by western blot. Results The mRNA and protein expression of LXRβ in both progressive and stable psoriasis PBMC were significantly lower than those of the healthy group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The LXRβ mRNA and protein expression in progressive psoriasis PBMC were significantly lower than those of the stable psoriasis group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The reduced expression of LXRβ may be closely related to the occurrence and progression of psoriasis, and LXRβ may become a new diagnostic and monitoring indicator of psoriasis vul- gaffs.
