摘　　要：患者女,27岁。手足紫红色斑丘疹20年余。皮损组织病理示:角化过度,真皮乳头内见增生、扩张的毛细血管,血管壁由单层内皮细胞构成。诊断为肢端型血管角皮瘤,予染料激光治疗。其哥哥同时患有该病,本例为肢端型血管角皮瘤家系发病国内首报。A 27-year-old female presented with purple^red maculopapules on the hands and feet for 20 years. His- topathological examination revealed hyperkeratosis in the epidermis and capillary proliferation in the dermal papilla. The vessel wall was composed of monolayer endothelial cells. The patient was diagnosed of angioker- atoma of Mibelli and treatment of dye laser was administered to her. Her brother was affected as well. This is the first reported case of familial angiokeratoma of Mibelli in China.
