寻常性银屑病合并大疱性类天疱疮1例

摘　　要：银屑病和大疱性类天疱疮(BP)临床上是两种有明显特征的,慢性、炎症性皮肤病。在同一个患者身上银屑病并发BP比较少见。本文报道1例64岁的男性患寻常性银屑病20年,未规律治疗,1个月前,在斑块的基础上,躯干和四肢出现紧张性水疱样病变,结合组织病理改变和免疫荧光分析诊断为BP。使用霉酚酸酯治疗,银屑病和BP病变均控制良好。Psoriasis and bullous pemphigoid （BP） represent two clinically well-characterized, c;hronic, inflammatory skin conditions. Psoriasis complicated with bullous pemphigoid in a patient is relatively rare. A 64-year-old male who had suffered from psoriasis vulgaris for 20 years without regular treatment. One month ago,he de- veloped tense blisterlike lesions on his trunk and limbs on red patches. Combined with skin biopsy and im- munofluorescence assay, he was diagnosed with bullous pemphigoid. Treated with mycophenolate mofetil （MMF）. Both psoriasis and bullous pemphigoid lesions were well controlled.
