清乾隆初年律例官学小考

摘　　要：清乾隆二年年底至五年年底,内务府曾建立律例官学,教习内府旗鼓佐领下子弟学习律例,计划将其中学成合格者发至各部院衙门管理档案,以防书吏删改档案之弊。但律例官学因种种原因,仅维持了一届三年即被裁撤,其学生也未按计划派遣。律例官学持续时间极短,在清代历朝史料中未有特别记载。本文以内务府奏案和军机处录副奏折中仅见的一些档案,辅以其他史料中的些许线索,初步勾勒出乾隆初年律例官学自建办至裁撤的概况。From the end of 2^(nd) to the end of 5^(th) year of Qianlong's( 乾隆) reign of the Qing dynasty,the Imperial Household Department set up the Law School for the children of the Han People from the Plain Yellow Banner, the Bordered Yellow Banner and the Plain White Banner, expecting the qualified graduates to take responsibility of the documentary management of the government departments instead of the official scribes who might delete and change the archives. Unfortunately, the school was closed only after the first session of graduation. Nobody from the school were posted in the government offices as was expected. In spite of rare records about the event in history, this thesis gives a preliminary study on the school based on the memorials to the Throne of the Imperial Household Department and the Grand Council of State and other materials as well.
