摘　　要：学生党建工作为高校教育管理中一个不可或缺的重要组成部分。社会发展进入新常态,对高校学生党建工作提出了更高要求。因此,各高校党组织要积极研究新常态下学生党建工作的特点,分析新时期学生党建工作面临的机遇与挑战,与时俱进,创新学生党员发展、教育和管理的方式方法,促进高校学生党建工作不断迈上新台阶。Students＇ party construction is an indispensable and important component in college education management. Social development goes into the new normal,put forward higher requirements to the university student party construction work.Therefore,the party organizations in colleges and universities should actively study the characteristics of students ＇ party construction under the new normal,analysis of students＇ party construction are faced with the opportunities and challenges in the new period,advancing with the Times,innovation development,education and management of student party members,ways and promote the university students＇ party construction work to a new level.
