白花前胡水醇提取物对缺血再灌注大鼠血清IL-6水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 :探讨白花前胡水醇提取物抗缺血再灌注损伤的机理 ,为寻找高效、低毒及安全的防治缺血再灌注损伤的药物提供理论基础。方法 :采用放射免疫分析测定血清IL 6水平 ,并通过常规HE染色比较中性粒细胞等炎性细胞的心肌浸润情况。结果 :白花前胡水醇提取物低、中、高剂量IL 6水平分别由对照组的 (15 1.5 3± 17.70 )pg/ml降至 (113.71± 12 .31)pg/ml、(112 .30± 4 .84 )pg/ml和 (10 7.90± 8.11)pg/ml(P <0 .0 1) ,其作用强度与硝苯地平相近 (12 3.5 5± 18.6 2 )pg/ml。结论 :白花前胡水醇提取物明显抑制缺血再灌注大鼠血清IL 6水平 ,提示白花前胡水醇提取物可能通过抑制核转录因子﨩bjective:[WT5'BZ] Our aim was to provide the theore tical basis for research and development of drugs of higher efficancy and lower toxicity, which could prevent and treat ischemic reperfusion. The mechanism o f Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn against ischemia/reperfusion injury was inves tigated. [WT5'HZ]Methods: [WT5'BZ]Level of serum interleukin 6(IL 6) was me asured by radio immunization assay, and the extent of inflammatory cell infiltr ation was compared by using Hematoxylin Eosin staining. [WT5'HZ]Results: [WT5 'BZ]Levels of IL 6 in groups with low, mediate, and high Peucedanum praerupt orum Dunn were (113.71±12.31)pg/ml, (112.30± 4.84 )pg/ml, and (107.90±8.1 1)pg/ml respectively,which were significantly lower than control (151.53±17.70) pg/ml(P<0.01). The activity was similar to that of nefidipine. [WT5'HZ]Conc lusion:[WT5'BZ] The Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn can inhibit the level of s erum IL 6 in rats with ischemic reperfusion, which suggests that Peucedanum p raeruptorum Dunn could prevent and treat ischemic reperfusion injury by inhibi ting NF кB pathway.
