摘　　要：促进剂CBS是一种常用的后效性橡胶硫化促进剂,其合成方法的专利申请量较多。本文以涉及促进剂CBS合成的中国专利数据为分析样本,从专利申请的年度和类型分布、申请人区域分布、重要申请人的专利布局以及重点专利技术介绍等多角度入手,分析了促进剂CBS合成的中国专利技术发展状况,为国内企业对促进剂CBS合成的研发和专利保护提供参考。Accelerant CBS is a frequently-used rubber vulcanization accelerant with aftereffect, which has many patents for its synthetic methods. This paper will analyze the Chinese patent technology development situation of accelerant CBS, which take the accelerant CBS Chinese patent data as sample and analyze from many views, such as, the year and type distribution of patent application, areal distribution of applicants, patent arrangement of important applicants and introduction of key patent technology in order to provide reference for domestic enterprises' research and development and patent protection of accelrant CBS.
