摘　　要：我们国家自从进入了世界贸易组织以后,对于关税的掌控明显降低,在此同时,技术能力的不足导致了许多的中小型企业无法步入正常商业轨道。当前来说,国际贸易组织越发的注重技术壁垒的发展。本篇文章主要是研究我们国家化工厂产品贸易技术的壁垒以及解决方案的提出。After being one member of WTO, China releases the control of tariff obviously, at the same time, the deficiency of technique prevents many small and medium-sized enterprises stepping into the normal commercial trade As for the present situation, more and more attention is paid to the development of technical barrier by WTO. This paper is mainly aimed at studying China's chemical industry products' technical barrier and the countermeasure to this problem.
