摘　　要：现有国际货币体制的不稳定性主要体现在现代版的"特里芬难题",即经济多极化和美元储备单极化之间的矛盾。国际社会对储备资产的需求无法单由美国的金融体系来提供。现行国际货币体系的问题表现在以国家为主体的利益诉求和公共产品缺乏的矛盾。美元周期性的贬值,导致全球资产的波动,资本流动的波动。尤其是目前,发达国家过度使用货币政策,导致了资产的泡沫。The existing international monetary system^ s instability is mainly reflected in the modernversion of the MTriffin dilemma＂ ？ namely the contradiction between economic multi polarization and single polarization of dollar reserve. The demand for reserve assets in the international communitycannot be provided by the financial system of the United States alone. The problem of the currentinternational monetary system is manifested in the contradiction between the interests of the countryand the lack of public goods. The cyclical depreciation of the dollar,leading to fluctuations iassets,capital flows volatility. Especially at present,the excessive use of monetary policy in developed countries,resulting in asset bubbles.
