摘　　要：上海自贸试验区将成为"四个中心"功能深化与科技创新中心建设的制度保障。"四个中心"建设的深化与科技创新中心发展之间在对外开放功能建设上将实现"机制互动"与"优势互补"。在"四个中心"升级战略下,贸易、金融中心功能将进一步发挥促进高端要素流动与集聚的作用,为科技创新中心"人、财、物"多层次要素构建创新便利化的平台,实现创新要素更有效地转化为创新成果。There is no doubt that Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone will become the system guarantee of deepening the function of ＂four centers＂ and the central building of scientific and technological innovation. The deepening of the construction of ＂four centers＂ and the central development of scientific and technological innovation has reached the ＂interaction mechanisms＂ and ＂complementary advantages＂, based on the construction of opening function. With the strategic upgrade of ＂ four centers＂,the central function of trade and finance will play further the role of promotion the high-end factors＇ mobility and agglomeration. To build a convenient platform for the multi-level elements： human, financial, and material, who focusing on scientific and technological innovation, and to transform more effectively,from the elements of innovation to innovative achievements.
