摘　　要：根据互联网时代金融中心建设的内涵和特征变化,上海加强金融中心建设应转变思路,创新金融发展理念。根据互联网时代金融的特点,引导金融机构从传统的业务模式扩展到互联网模式;引导和鼓励互联网企业跨界提供金融服务;探索并鼓励新型互联网金融业务与金融企业创新结合起来;鼓励和支持交易所及其他新型金融组织机构充分运用互联网技术发挥功能。According to the change of connotation and characteristics of the construction of financial center in the internet age,strengthen the construction of financial center in Shanghai should change the idea of innovate financial development concept.According to the characteristics of the Internet era of finance,guide financial institutions from the traditional business model to the Internet model;guide and encourage Internet companies to provide financial services across the border;explore and encourage new Internet financial services and financial enterprises to combine innovation;encourage and support the exchange and other new financial institutions to fully use the internet technology to play a function.
