摘  要:研究了CRP与SBS复合改性浇注式沥青混凝土的性能,对比研究了不同配合比例的CRP与SBS复合改性沥青的针入度、软化点、延度和135℃黏度;研究了不同配合比例的GA混合料的流动性、贯入度、动稳定度、最佳油石比,以及高温、低温性能和水稳定性。结果表明:CRP提高沥青软化点的效果与SBS相当,但SBS与CRP复合改性提高沥青及其混合料的高温性能效果好于单掺改性;CRP可以明显提高沥青的高温稳定性,但增加黏度不大,与SBS复合改性,既可以增加GA的高温性能,又能较好满足施工的流动性。给出了CRP与SBS复合改性浇注式沥青混凝土的最佳配合比。Performance of CRP and SBS compound modified asphalt for gussasphalt(GA)is studied.The comparative study of the penetration,softening point,ductility and viscosity at 135℃ of different mix ratio of CRP and SBS compound modified asphalt is conducted.Fluidity,penetration,dynamic stability,optimal asphalt content,high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability of GA with different proportion is investigated.Results show that CRP enhancing the effect of softening point is similar with SBS.Effect of CRP and SBS compound modified asphalt and mixture has better performance results than single modification.CRP could significantly improve the high temperature stability of asphalt and does not increase viscosity at 135℃.CRP and CBS compound modifying increases the high temperature performance of GA and meet the liquidity construction.Optimum mixture ratio of CRP and SBS compound modified asphalt for GA is given finally.
