摘　　要：分析了熔体黏度、喷丝板规格、纺丝温度、无风区及冷却条件、上油及纺丝速度等主要生产条件对产品品质的影响,最终通过提高POY的强伸度、降低POY品质内在不匀率的方法,彻底解决了后加工出现的品质问题。The effects of the main production conditions such as melt viscosity,spinneret specifications,spinning temperature,calm zone and cooling conditions,oiling and spinning speed on the product quality were analyzed.Finally,through improving the strength and elongation of POY,reducing the inherent unevenness of POY quality,the quality problems appeared in post processing were completely solved.
