摘　　要：分析了缝纫线型涤纶短纤维中间产品品质的主要影响因素。结果表明:选择纺丝温度为(289±1.5)℃,油剂浓度(0.5±0.03)%,冷却风温度(23±1)℃,主风道压力(830±30)Pa,纺丝速度(1 450±20)m/min,生产的涤纶短纤维有光丝中间产品的断裂伸长率CV,断裂强度CV和断面不匀率均较低。The main influence factors on the quality evenness of the sewing thread type polyester staple fiber intermediate product were analyzed.The results showed that when the spinning temperature is（289 ± 1.5）℃,the finish oil concentration is（0.5 ±0.03）%,the cooling air temperature is（23 ± 1）℃,the main air duct pressure is（830 ±30） Pa,the spinning speed is（1 450 ± 20） m/min,the elongation at break CV,the breaking strength CV and the section irregularity of the PET staple fiber bright intermediate product is low.
