摘 要:针对热电偶校准过程中,参考端温度经常受到环境因素的影响发生变化,给校准结果带来很大的不确定性,因此需要对热电偶的冷端进行温度补偿。在传统冷端温度补偿方法基础上,提出一种基于内置冷结补偿器的精密放大器芯片AD8495的冷端温度补偿测试系统,并以K型热电偶为例对其进行线性校正实验,与微机结合验证该系统具有"低功耗,精度高,抗干扰"的优点。实际应用说明该方案具有高精度、宽范围、结构简单、抗干扰能力强等优点,具有推广价值。In the process of thermocouple calibration, the reference temperature is often affected by environmental factors, to bring a lot of uncertainty to the calibration results, so, it is necessary to compensate the temperature of the cold end of the thermocouple. On the basis of the traditional cold end temperature compensation method, a cold end temperature compensation test system for precision amplifier chip AD8495 based on internal cold junction compensator is proposed. Taking the K-type thermocouple as an example, the linear calibration experiment is carried out. The system Combined with computer, verify that it has the advantages of "low power consumption, high precision and anti interference".
