摘　　要：本文介绍了雷泰(Raytek)2001L系列在线红外测温仪在废液焚烧装置焚烧炉上的应用,阐述了该仪表的测量原理以及在实际运用过程中相比传统温度检测仪表的优势,并根据现场维护人员要求同时结合实际工况提出优化改进方案,将手动球阀更改为气动阀,保障仪表在风故障失风的情况下可以迅速切断仪表与炉膛内酸性气的接触,确保仪表不受损坏。This paper introduces the application of infrared temperature measurement of 2001L series of Raytek in waste liquid incinerator.The measurement principle and the advantage compared with traditional temperature measuring meter in application are also introduced. According to the requirement of maintenance personnel and the actual working conditions, the paper puts forward an optimal scheme. An pneumatic valve is in place of the original manual valve which can quickly cut off the contact between instrument and acid gas when the instrument air breaks down and protect the instrument from damaged.
