经筋整体辩证治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的对照研究

摘　　要：目的在经筋理论的指导下,探讨长圆针治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法符合诊断标准的60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各30例,均采用长圆针治疗,观察组采用经筋辨证整体治疗,以膝周为主,辅以腰、髋及踝部等筋结处治疗,对照组单纯在膝周筋结处治疗。分别于治疗前后采用VAS疼痛评分和症状体征评分法进行指标评估,观察比较两组疗效并进行统计学处理。结果观察组显效21例,有效7例,好转2例,无效0例;对照组显效14例,有效10例,好转4例,无效2例。观察组的综合疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后VAS评分和症状体征评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用长圆针经筋辨证整体治疗膝关节骨性关节炎较单纯在膝周筋结处治疗效果好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of long round needle in the treatment of knee os- teoarthritis through meridian musculatures theory. Methods Sixty patients were divided randomly into experimental group using long round needle in knee,lumbar,hip and ankle ,and control group with long round needle in knee. Visual analogue scale （VAS） and the scales for sign were evalu- ated before and after treatment between two groups .The clinical effects were researched and anal- ysed statistically. Results In treatment group,21 patients had remarkable effects,7 good effective,2 effective and 0 ineffective.as well in control group,above data were 14,10,4 and 2 respectively. There was a significant difference in the rate of general effective between experimental group and control group （P〈0.05）. The comparison of the scales for visual analogue scale （VAS） and sign before and after treatment in two groups had significant differences （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Long round needle have a good effect in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis through meridian muscula- tures theory, and it is worth using in clinical treatment.
