摘 要:结合田口法和有限元软件对一"U"型转子磁路结构的内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)的气隙长度、永磁体尺寸及永磁体位置等相关参数进行优化设计,使铁耗、转矩脉动、单位质量永磁体产生转矩等性能最优。首先,根据所选取优化参数的个数及各参数的水平数建立田口实验正交表,对正交表中各次实验进行有限元仿真;然后对仿真结果进行平均值与方差的分析,评估优化参数对各性能指标的影响以及影响所占的比重,得到最佳优化方案;最后,对最佳优化方案进行有限元仿真,仿真结果与优化前电机比较,各性能指标得到很大的提升,验证了田口法在IPMSM优化设计中有效性。Combining the Taguchi method with the finite element software,the relevant parameters of the air gap length,permanent magnet size and location of permanent magnet in rotor in an interior permanent magnet synchronous machine( IPMSM) with "U"type rotor magnetic circuit structure are optimized to get lower iron loss,lower torque ripple and higher the torque produced by per unit mass permanent magnet. Firstly,the experimenting orthogonal table was established according to the number of optimization variable and its level and finite element simulations were taken for each experiment of orthogonal table. And then,the mean values and variances of the simulation result to evaluate the effects were analyzed,its relative importance of the selected design variables to the performance index was evaluated,and the best optimization scheme was obtained. Finally,finite element simulation was taken for the best optimization scheme through comparative analysis of the machine before and after optimization. It showed that each performance index was greatly improved after optimization,and the optimizing results verified the effectiveness of the Taguchi method for the optimal designing of IPMSM.
