摘  要:回转式空气预热器的传热与流动特性和所用蓄热元件的结构密切相关。利用计算流体力学软件Fluent,对某种回转式空气预热器搪瓷蓄热元件的传热和流动问题进行了三维数值模拟研究。通过改变波纹倾角、波纹节距进行数值模拟,对模拟数据进行分析,得到了传热特性及阻力特性曲线。通过对比分析得出:波纹倾角对努塞尔数和阻力系数的影响更加明显,而波纹节距对努塞尔数和阻力系数的影响相对较弱。模拟结果可为传热元件的选型优化以及回转式空气预热器的设计计算提供基础数据。The heat transfer and flow characteristics of rotary air preheaters are closely related to the structure of the used heat storage elements. Three-dimensional numerical simulation study on heat transfer and flow of certain enamel heat storage element of rotary air preheater is performed by Fluent,a commercial CFD software package. By altering the corrugation inclination angle and corrugation pitch,this paper did numerical simulation and analyzed simulation data,obtaining heat transfer characteristics and resistance characteristics curve of different heat transfer elements. The results show that the corrugation inclination angle has more influences on enamel heat storage element's Nusselt number and resistance coefficient than the corrugation pitch. It also provides the basic data for the model selection optimization of heat transfer elements and the design calculation of rotary air preheaters.
